Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and/or shopping at www.MorphManiaReptiles.com. The following are the conditions and terms that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policies

​

Shipment processing time on all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We do not ship outside of the United States or to the following: Hawii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs.

Shipping costs are determined by what is being purchased. i.e., smaller reptile orders will be a flat shipping rate of $39 to any address in the Continental United States. This is a flat rate for as many live animals as you want without getting charged extra as long as the order does not exceed 5 lbs. Any order that exceeds 5 lbs with be a $65 to any address in the Continental United States. All live animals will be shipped Next Day Air.   

 

Dry Goods Shipping

All dry goods not including frozen food items will be shipped via USPS (United State Postal Service) business days Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays and weather related events. Dry goods less than 13 ounces including packaging will ship via First Class Mail (USPS 1-3 days) and dry goods over 13 ounces will ship via Priority Mail (USPS 1-3 days). Dry goods that are purchased with live animals will be shipped separately through USPS which will be a separate shipping charge from live animals due to the fact that we cannot ship live animals with dry good or frozen goods.
